1. Device: PLC control.

Operation: Hydraulic system transmission (one hydraulic master pump system can control 3 casting machines), hydraulic master pump power 11KW; equipped with a water cooler system, system oil temperature detection, liquid level detection, return oil negative pressure detection, and cooler inlet water temperature detection.

18. An air nozzle is installed at the bottom of the receiving tray. As the receiving tray rotates into the mold, it slows down while blowing air (only blowing air onto the lower mold). It has a jamming detection system; if the equipment detects that a casting has not detached from the mold, the equipment fault light will alarm and the machine will stop operating. The tray surface absorbs part of the falling force of the casting to prevent damage.
